- Where are you located?
- We're at 102-1510 McKenzie Ave, Victoria, BC V8N 3B4, with free parking in the lot out front.
- What are your hours?
- We're open every day of the week. Sunday through Wednesday we're 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, and Thursday through Saturday we stay open until 10:00 PM.
- How old do I have to be to shop?
- You must be 19 years of age or older to enter the store or purchase cannabis. Government-issued photo ID is required every visit, no exceptions.
- What ID do you accept?
- We accept government-issued photo ID, including a BC driver's licence, BC Services Card with photo, Canadian passport, or a Canadian provincial/territorial ID card.
- Can I order online?
- Yes. You can browse our live inventory and reserve products through our online menu. Stock is updated in real time as products come in and out.
- Do you deliver?
- We're focused on in-store pickup right now. The fastest way to get your order is to reserve online and pop by the shop during business hours.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept debit, all major credit cards, and cash in store.
- What's your return policy on cannabis?
- Due to BC cannabis regulations, we cannot accept returns on cannabis products once they leave the store. If you receive a defective product or there's an error with your order, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
- Can I return accessories?
- Accessories like papers, grinders, and lighters can be returned within 14 days if unused and in the original packaging. Bring your receipt to the store.
- What products do you carry?
- We carry a full range of craft cannabis — flower, pre-rolls, edibles, concentrates, vapes, beverages, topicals, and accessories. Our menu reflects live in-store inventory.
- Do your staff know what they're talking about?
- Yes. Every member of our team is CannSell certified and trained to help you find what you're looking for, whether you're a first-time guest or a regular.
